Replacement/Refund requirements

  • Items must be in re-sellable condition
  • The item(s) must not be taken out of its original packaging and we reserve the right to not accept damaged returns
  • The customer has not acted against the care recommendations outlined in the written and video instructions and has not broken the item through heavy-handed misuse
  • The customer has answered all additional questions asked by Freddie’s Magic regarding the defective item(s)

If your item is damaged:

Customers can claim a full refund, or request a replacement by sending an email to  info@freddiesmagic.com

  • Please include a photo or video of the defective product
  • A brief description of the problem
